Easy check in. The receptionists were polite, fast, courteous and professional. which were greatly appreciated, as we had driven hours to get here. The room is clean and cozy, & has all the amenities we need for a stay. AND we're super close to every attraction! A breath of fresh air! From the vibes, to the service, to the drinks, everything was outstanding. The bartender is so good at his work Such a chill but interesting atmosphere with delicious cocktails. Will be back! My family and i will definitely be returning based off of the service and overall kindness and attention of the staff , I would like to come back here for my prenup pictures ❤️

The breakfast was tasty and lots of selection. Our room was nice and very clean and close to the pool. We enjoyed some time lounging in the front room off the lobby and it was nice and quiet there. Bed was fairly comfortable compared to others our trip to Italy and Greece. Found a gate entrance over to the shopping and dining the last evening we were there that made it easy to pop over to. Perfect location to walk from the train station to the hotel. Close enough to the beach with a scooter, bicycle, or car, a little far for walking but still an easy walk if you don't want to rent a vehicle.

Location is very good only 1 minute from train station and all the room are new in the wood floor, looks like also they have new bathroom. The Breakfast it's very reach the staff members working in the morning are very good and friendly. The location is cool with a nice pool (I didn't go). I like also the second exit just next to the main street where you can easily walk. The location is super Safe but in general Riccione is safe. The Check-in and Check-out process very easy. All the room work with a very good AC.

The hotel was in an excellent location for us as we had arrived by train and the hotel is just across the road from the station. We were at an event at Palazzo dei Congressi and the location of the hotel was perfect. The hotel is welcoming and very clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

We had room 307 in the new building. It was a lovely room with a balcony and relatively quiet ( the hotel itself is directly opposite the railway station but this room faced the opposite direction). The breakfast was really excellent. The staff were lovely.
